Merry Christmas

Filed under: Food for thought for friends — Alec @ 9:25 pm

Oh,  if we could only play together in the sand box!

If we only could all be servants of others, and if they in turn were so thankful for the help that they were servants of others.   And the wheel goes on.

We all have something to give to others,  Share it, be thankful when someone shares.    But,  we can’t just wait for someone to give to us.

Do you want to improve?

Filed under: Food for thought for friends — Alec @ 8:44 pm

Do you want to improve anything you are doing?   Social, Family, Financial, Physical, Mental or Professional

Step 1 is to identify the improvement desired, how to measure, and the reward if you achieve that affirmation.
Step 2 is to spend 30 minutes every week reviewing progress, identifying the obstacles, thinking blue sky about solutions,
and identify actions you might take to achieve the affirmation.
Step 3 is to spend 15 minutes every day writing your affirmations  at the top of your Things to Do (TTD) today list.
Make sure there is linkage on your TTD list and your affirmations.   Make sure you prioritize your TTD.
Step 4 is Execute your TTD list.   Make sure you eat your frog 1st and work in priority order.
