The Yale (Harvard) study of goals is a myth

Filed under: Food for thought for friends — Alec @ 7:53 pm

But,   a separate study, attached,  says it is true, just not Yale and Harvard.     Obviously,  if you have no goals, you won’t achieve them.   If you have goals but are unwritten,  you can improve the chances of accomplishing those goals by almost 75% if you write them down, tell a friend and measure progress.

Great article on goal achievement.   It is not enough just to have goals, You must right them down.
